President

Kenn Brown

Serve as the leader and representative of the local USBC association, guiding board operations, ensuring compliance with USBC rules, and driving initiatives that support and grow the local bowling community. 

Executive Vice President

Kelly Fitzgerald

Support the President in leading the association, oversee key operations and committees, and step in to fulfill presidential duties when needed while helping ensure compliance and organizational effectiveness. 

Association Manager

Sandy Biscotti

Serve as the chief administrative officer of the association, managing day-to-day operations, records, finances, and communications while ensuring compliance with USBC rules and supporting the board’s initiatives.

Theresa Martin

Maintain order and professionalism during meetings, assist with enforcing procedures and bylaws, and support the board by helping ensure a respectful and well-organized environment. 


District 1

District One of the Greater Baltimore USBC encompasses the southern portion of the association, serving bowlers and centers in the Annapolis and Anne Arundel County area, including Annapolis, Greenway, Southdale, and Severna Park.

District 1 Vice President

Steve Carter

Represent and advocate for bowlers within the district by coordinating and supporting directors who service local centers, while helping implement board initiatives and ensuring clear communication between the district and the association leadership.

This director serves the bowlers and leagues of the Annapolis center, acting as a direct connection between them and the Greater Baltimore USBC association.

Diane Rose

This director serves the bowlers and leagues of the Greenway center, acting as a direct connection between them and the Greater Baltimore USBC association.

Paul Willinghan

This director serves the bowlers and leagues of the Southdale center, acting as a direct connection between them and the Greater Baltimore USBC association.

Joanne Manning

This director serves the bowlers and leagues of the Severna Park center, acting as a direct connection between them and the Greater Baltimore USBC association.


District 2

District Two of the Greater Baltimore USBC represents the eastern and northeastern Baltimore County area, serving bowlers and centers in Dundalk, Perry Hall, Timonium, and Towson.

District 2 Vice President

Uppy Webb

Represent and advocate for bowlers within the district by coordinating and supporting directors who service local centers, while helping implement board initiatives and ensuring clear communication between the district and the association leadership.

Holly Burke

This director serves the bowlers and leagues of the Towson center, acting as a direct connection between them and the Greater Baltimore USBC association. 


District 3

District Three of the Greater Baltimore USBC represents the western Baltimore and Howard County area, serving bowlers and centers in Woodlawn, Normandy, and Columbia.

District 3 Vice President

Mike Tinney

Represent and advocate for bowlers within the district by coordinating and supporting directors who service local centers, while helping implement board initiatives and ensuring clear communication between the district and the association leadership.

Youth Specialists

Youth Directors are dedicated to supporting and coordinating youth bowling programs across the association, serving as advocates for youth members while helping develop, promote, and strengthen opportunities for young bowlers throughout the local association.
